If a piece does not earn its place in your home, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
What we accept
Catalogue items in their original condition. Send them in the box they arrived in, with the protective wrap intact.
What we cannot take back
Personalized pieces — engraved names, custom colours, bespoke designs — are made for you and cannot be resold. We will repair or replace them at our cost if something is wrong with the work.
How to start a return
Email returns@vectorio.studio with your order number. We send a prepaid label within one working day.
