By using vectorio.studio or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send the dispatch email. We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if a custom request is not feasible.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
Intellectual property
All Vectorio designs, photography, and copy are our property. Buying a piece does not transfer the design rights. If you commission a custom piece, the resulting design remains ours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights you may have under Georgian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are heard in the courts of Tbilisi.
